The Prakas No. 235 Kor.Bor/Pro.Kor.Mor.Hor,dated May 29th, 2018 on the working conditions for household servants.

The purpose of this Prakas is to set on the working conditions for household servants in the Kingdom of Cambodia. 

-    The household servants must be from 18 years old.

-   The teenager from 15 years old to less than 18 years old, could be working only lightweight​work haven’t hazard or effect   healthy.

-  Working conditions that define the definition of homework category and the terms of employment contract as well as Dispute resolution between employers and household servants.
