The purpose of the Prakas to ensure the implementation of the security agencies by creating an operating mechanism and protect the interests of investors certain structural arrangements have a responsibility to ensure this agency provides services to get effective High expense. The Prakas is applicable to security agents who recognize that SECC is a leading securities provider in Cambodia.
