The Prakas No 003/18 SECC dated May 29th, 2018 Prakas on licensing and management of joint venture projects.

The purpose of the Prakas to control the collective transaction from public in Cambodia by joint venture projects and authorities’ person to have Efficiency, Transparency, Accountability and tidiness. The Prakas is applicable to control the collective transaction from public in Cambodia by joint venture projects and authorities’ person.
